Barbri says: “That being said, the experts at BARBRI have carefully selected a subset of 100 of the most recent released questions to create an MBE final prep that is included in BARBRI Bar Review and presented through your Personal Study Plan (PSP).” I mean, they did say that those questions are much more difficult than that of the bar exam. Post Now there's a charge. That would get you a scaled score of 140-ish. Law was and is my favorite law school subject and other than the first 1 or 2 18Q sets in Con Law, my scores have been ~ 50%. I honestly can't remember what I got for the refresher. I do not even know why they would test us on the "exceptions to the exceptions" of a rule. Bizarre. I could be way off but I'm justifying it as this - if the "average" is 56% and bar passage is minimal competency- i.e. "below average" if you got above a 56% you're fine..... that's even assuming these questions aren't BS (which they are). Return to “Bar Exam Prep and Discussion Forum”, Discussions related to the bar exam are found in this forum. I really wasn't prepared to take the midterm, I was literally guessing for Criminal Law and Procedure, Evidence and Property! My score on this one was (68 percent) was lower than what I got on the simulated MBE (71 percent).
