The room was lovely and the bed was super comfy and we had a wonderful view as the patio opened into the lake.

Rooms basic but clean and comfortable and fitted in with Island character. The breakfast was nice but a little cold and the fruit was quickly picked over so we missed out on that. Stayed for two nights over Anzac weekend in Room 6 which faces not road and next to Sportsman Bar.Breakfast was included and was good. more. It makes me sad that some people pay these prices and not know history of this building or the rooms your paying for that was once a prison and what happened in the walls of your "luxury room" I think they should provide more history knowledge of this building! well worth the visit.

Had the superior lakeside room. On the night we visited our TV wasn't working properly and could not be fixed. Nornally a faulty TV would not have been an issue for us but we had planned to watch our football team play an important match in the peace and quiet of our room. Buffet breakfast, staff and general facilities good.

The headboard being painted was a little shabby , and the wooden chairs on the patio were in a very poor condition.That being said we had a wonderful break. Keeping in mined we are talking about an Island of Perth's main land. Nevertheless the room was very clean and comfortable. We took our bikes over and cycled around the bays, salt lakes and up to Olivers Hill Gun lookout.

I like their old fashioned rooms and peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean albeit some bits missed eg; around the window and door there was a lot of dust and dead moths and the ceiling fan chucked off a lot of dust when turned on. The breakfast was extremely good, the evening meal in the package was amazing, and the service you could not fault.The massage we got in the deal was the best I have ever had (and I am in the beauty industry).Location of the lodge is excellent close to all the main facilities, yet with its own tranquility.I would definitely stay again, but only if it was on a good price deal. The pool was very cold so we didn't swim in it. The Lodge has always been the best hotel accommodation option on the island and plans are in place to update the facility. We will stay again.

Bed was quite hard and walls very thin. Could hear the music from the pub quite loudly and the drunk people.

The breakfast buffet was yummy.

Karma Rottnest offers accommodation, a licensed restaurant, a public bar, and a cocktail bar. We shared a family room which was clean and spacious, adequate beds but lacked a microwave ( required for families) and no air-con only ceiling fan and portable heater.
